I have the real estate information for a particular region Richardson Real Estate - Richardson TX Homes For Sale | Zillow . which is in the form of Bing Maps. Now, I am interested in converting this BingMaps to a shapefile with attributes in ArcGIS. Can anyone provide some insight regarding this conversion process.

Can you let me know how should I extract them as point data into a table.
Somehow you will need to extract those points to a table containing XY locations fields and the attributes desired from Zillow. Then you could create a feature class using the Display XY data tool. Your result would be a point feature class with desired attributes.
