3d map won't appear in Chrome

Question

I begin to follow Get started with SceneView - Create a 3D map | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.0 , then i found that zoom in-out and compass icons are loaded correctly, but no map shows up, 2d map is okay.

please help!

I had this same issue, this is how I fixed it:

* Go to chrome://settings
* Click the + Show advanced settings button
* In the System section, ensure the Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox is checked (you'll need to relaunch Chrome for any changes to take effect)
