Someone with experience in modelling of wind turbine wake effects?

Question

I am developing a SMCDA-tool for siting of wind power production and micrositing of wind tubines. In order to estimate the Annual Energy Production and optimize the wind farm layout for maximum power generation of an identified site I would like to include a standard turbine wake model. Anyone with experience with doing this in ArcGIS Advanced (modelbuilder/Python)?
