Wrong Date issues in the locale Danish ???Dansk Arcgis Viewer for Flex date dd-mm-yyyy

After we upgrade to the compiled 3.2 flex, an start use the Danish version, the date fields is display incorrectly, in the Attribute Table, and in popsUp.
The format in the Tables is a Date field  �??dd-mm-yyyy�?� 01-01-1995 as its show in ArcMap table,
and show as 1/1/1995 1:00 AM in the English  flex 3.2 version in Internet Explor.

If I change the settings to the locale Danish �??Dansk 3.2 , and build a new flex site, the date is show incorrectly. Date 01-01-1995 is show like this 1/1/�?�?�?�? -[ATTACH=CONFIG]23584[/ATTACH]

 
How can I fix this bug, do we have to use the english version?
The ArcGis server is version 10.1 on a windows 2008 R2.
The regions and language on the server is set to Danish with short date dd-MM-yyyy

There was a localization problem with the year in the date strings for Danish in version 3.2.  This is fixed in the upcoming release (version 3.3).
