Upgrading Hosted Web AppBuilder

With the next release of ArcGIS Online in March WAB is going to be updated.

For the WABs I already have built in my ArcGIS Online organization - will they automatically be updated with the new features of WAB or will I have to go through a manual process to upgrade? Or, will I actually have to rebuild the whole thing in the new version?

I am in the same boat though I only have installed on a test server and one have one test map so it is no big loss if I must start from scratch.  My question is I would like to upgrade from version 1.2 to version 1.3, is there any documentation on how to perform the upgrade to a hosted WAB developer edition?

Online versions are usually automatic...unless new features are released that obviously would hae to be looked at.

For the WAB developer edition, that usually requires upgrading...including possible any custom widgets.
