Map template app question

Question

Couple quick questions regarding using a web mapping app. 
1.  Can I embed this app into a website or can it only be hosted on the arcgis page? 
2.  When I go to "configure the app" (I'm trying to use the template app that allows you to have different maps in different tabs) I can't seem to get the 2nd map to be added in correctly. I'm pretty sure my error is that I'm not adding the 2nd Web Map ID correctly. Is there some trick to that? I used a comma but that didn't seem to work. Even if I just repeated the first map it still wouldn't show anything and gave me an error for the 2nd map tab.

Smith - the link you posted is regarding how to upload your gallery item to arcgis, doesn't seem to talk about how to embed a template app into a website, did I miss something?
Kelly - The template I'm trying to use is the "Story telling Tabbed".  The problem I'm having is getting the 2nd map tab to work. I add in the web map ID but it just gives me an error and doesn't load.
