Unable to access the authentication service.

When adding a secured service into AGOL from ArcGIS Server I receive unable to access the authentication service. I have contacted ESRI and they confirmed that the web adaptor is working and configured correctly.

I was able to get this to work now, I add my server to the trusted servers in ArcGIS Online and everything works now
