can download free cityengine how setup because i have install gis 10.2
i see this but it was cityengine of 2015 .I have affraid gis 10.2 dont support
but in reality An Overview of the CityEngine toolset—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop you need a 3D analyst license and if you are an educational institute, there may be further permissions needed
