How can I open a map from ArcGIS Online in ArcGIS Pro? This works in Arcmap, but I cannot find the way to do it in ArcGIS Pro...

Open the project pane (in the View Tab), or the Project View, then pick Portal, and you'll either get your ArcGIS.com content, or your Portal content if you've done as Dan has suggested.

You will have had to connect to ArcGIS.com OR Portal to even open up ArcGIS Pro.
