Highlight Polygon

Question

I have a 105 page Map Book of 105 polygon areas that represent Wastewater Flow
areas within my city.

Using
“Data Driven Pages” is there a way to have the outline of a given polygon boldly
highlighted as the User pages through the progression of pages. Or would this
be accomplished by another method.

If your polygon  layer  that you mention is the same one that drives the DDP, you can just have a second copy of it in your MXD, make the symbology thicker and in the Definition Query tab of the layer properties open the  Page Definition properties, enable it and make sure that you set your Page Name Field to the same one that drives your DDP and chelck "Match"
