Hi all,
is there a way to change the size of the ArcGIS Online Pop Up-Window? Because pictures are cut and then it looks not so fine (see attachement). And is it possible to activate a mouse over function for the pop up-window instead clicking the feature?

Hi,
This functionality hasn't been added to the map viewer but is being considered for the future. Check out some of the configurable apps like the minimalist where you can dock the pop up on the side of the app. This may provide more flexibility for the workflow that you are looking to accomplish currently.

Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to change the size of the popup window.

No, you still can't change the popup window size.
Any chance this feature will be added? I know you all just released a large update for AGOL and this wasn't included. I have similar problems. Why not have the preference ask where to send pop-ups (side of screen, large portion of center screen, top of screen, bottom etc...)
Has this been implemented yet?
I am now looking to configure the pop-up size but I am having a hard time working out how to do it?
I am hoping *fingers crossed* that this is now possible.
