For reverseGeocoding featureType, when specifiying "Locality" is there a way to exclude census designated places?

Previous version of the reverseGeocode API would return the township "Ridley Twp", now it return "Folsom, PA" a census designated place. Is there a way to have it return previous results with the new API?
