I haven't tried this, but from looking at the Net tab in Firebug, it appears that ArcGIS Server uses a similar tiling scheme. Eg, here is a URL for an image tile:

http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Topo_Map/MapServer/tile/14/6335/2621

Have you tried plugging ArcGIS Server into that sample?
