Automated Reporting with ArcGIS Online

Is there a way to do any type of automated reporting or report creation within ArcGIS online? Ideally I would like to create automated reporting when data is added to a web map through the Collector App. A dream would be to have the data automatically outputted to a report.

Some kind of reporting, but in a very constrained way, is to use Story Maps Shortlist or Tour, you just need some specific table attributes, but you cannot enrich your report texting or use attachements directly. It would be very useful if you could have automatically calculated fields based on other fields you complete through Collector to fill in the requires attributes for these Story Maps. Any suggestions?
