Generate Network Spatial Weights Error

Hello,

I have a point file and road network that I am using to try and generate a spatial weights matrix (.swm) file on and I continue to get the following error when using the tool "Generate Network Spatial Weights". Any clue as to what is going on would be greatly appreciated, this is the first time I've used this tool and so I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting.

I just received the same error.  Ever figure out the problem?
