CityEngine Web Viewer - 3D geocomments

Some days ago I got an Esri CityEngine Newsletter - informing me that:
"CityEngine Web Viewer now has 3D geocomments.
Comments can be placed on any location or detail. To share, communicate, and collaborate."

What's this? There is no info about it on esri.com, on resources site, in forums, in google...
Does it work? Did anyone try it?
I can't place any comments on the existing scene, and I don't see what I am doing wrong...

you need to be signed in to ArcGIS online to leave comments on it, on that note it also needs to be viewed online for this to happen.

Is this a feature that has to be enabled within City Engine prior to exporting? Because I don't see it on my screen.
