Problems Changing GPS Receiver in Collector

Question

I keep getting an error of "No valid locations received" (see attached image) when trying to change the GPS Receiver from the Integrated Receiver to the Trimble R1. Tried pairing with a Dell Venue Pro and an HP Steam 7 tablet. I've successfully paired the R1 using the iPhone but can't get it to work with the tablets.

Any help is much appreciated!

I didn't have any NMEA settings turned on. Now that they are on it switched to the GNSS receiver. I used the following video for reference. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TPC19y4HJM
