how to show related records for standalone table

Hopefully this is an easy question...

Is it possible to show related records from a table to another table or to a feature class in a web map?

For example, I can click on a point in my web map and "show related records" but is it possible do this in reverse? Can I "show related records" from a table to a feature class or another table?

Essentially, I'm looking for the functionality of this button but in a web map:

Can this be done using collector maybe? I haven't been able to find anything yet...

Right now you can only access tables through features. There is no standalone table support in the app from which you can pull up an attribute table and then dive into related features/tables.
