I am willing to design a migratory map using ArcGIS but I really do not have an idea about the tool to use.
I have a table with the data regarding the number from a departure zone to an arrive zone.
More importantly, what data do you have and what form is it in? Is it point data in featureclass, shapefile or tabular format?
Is it point or polyline or even polygon geometry? Is it for different time periods?
The data is in tabular format for one period time.

perhaps you could share a few rows so we can see if there are any spatial coordinates or designators, or from and to information. Migration implies movement from one location to another, so this information and its form would be useful.
