Arcis portal Printing Issue

Hello

When trying to use printing inside a web application in portal we get the following error:

{"error":{"code":500}}

I have tried changing the print tool in the utility service with our two production servers but I am still getting the same error each time.

Could anyone suggest any reasons why this maybe happening?

Always seems to be a port of firewall issue. IMHO.

Hello Neil

Each print service I have tried has been running on each ArcGIS server I have tried so far.

I'm half wondering if it could be down to a port or a firewall issue

Rest api error 500 is a bit obscure and doesn't tell you much.
