Add related table to existing survey123/workforce feature service

Hi,

I have a complex survey workflow currently.

I created a workforce project and then utilised the 'assignments' feature layer to build an additional survey123 form on.

The current set up works well however, I currently log 10 tasks that an engineer performs for each job.

I would like to create a related table attached to the 'assignments' feature layer so I can use a repeat for the work tasks.

The reason for this is it is easier to manage jobs with more than 10 tasks.

Is this possible?

Per the documentation, it is recommended to not modify the auto-created Workforce layers: Create your first project—Workforce for ArcGIS | Documentation
