Services Directory has been disabled Locator(View) in ArcGIS

Hello,

I have created a Location(View) Geo coding service in from ArcGIS online account by following below link.
Geocoding and geosearch—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation

Service is created, But When I try to view, it returns below response

ArcGIS Portal Directory

Error

Services Directory has been disabled.

Error: 403

I have did some research to find out solution, I have found below link, but i can't find such option in my account.
Arcgis Online - Feature Services with Stored Credentials - "Service Directory has been Disabled"
I am using free ArcGIS online account.

My Service Url is as below.
https://utility.arcgis.com/usrsvcs/servers/dcacf522c03c4cb3a708de1b09ac7f35/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer

Please help me to solve this issue.
