Duplicate data items in Open Data BETA site

I've noticed I have a "Document Link" item which appears twice in my Open Data BETA site. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I have other "Document Link" items but this only seems to be happening on one of the items. I have tried deleting the source in AGO and re-adding as well as updating the data index in the data manager; however, the duplicate item seems to hang around.

It is private (for now) and the URL is:

Thanks Brian. What is the URL to your open data site? It doesn't matter if it's private or not.
