Missing "Add ArcGIS Reference" in VS 2015

Question

Hello everyone,

When I create a new Web Site application or Open an existing Web site Application With .Net VS 2015 I do not see  the option  "Add ArcGIS Reference" to add GIs Libraries.  I can see this option if I create a new Project.

What am I missing?

The ArcGIS Runtime does not support web application development. Did you intend to post this in the Runtime forum, or are you using a different product?
