The ArcGIS Utility Network Management extension is an extension for ArcGIS Enterprise and will not be available as an extension for ArcGIS Pro only. As part of the extension a lot of functionality will be added to Pro and the rest of the platform. However, if yo do not have Enterprise, you will not be able to use the ArcGIS Utility Network Management extension and the functionality provided to ArcGIS Pro.

Does any know if this will be released for ArcGIS Pro independently of Enterprise? As of now I use the US govt Utility Network Template for storm, water and sanitary which I adapted for use in Canada and have been awaiting geometric network support in ArcGIS Pro.
