How to best use geospatial analysis.

Hello Guys,

I'm just looking for suggestions on how to go about a project I'm creating.  I have point data of locations of testing facilities and I want to see whether there is a relationship between the number of tests at each facility and the number of animals tested in each area that that facility serves (polygon layer that has a head count of animals processed).

You could start up with Spatial join between the two layers. Use Summarize tool.

There are definitely lots of ways to analyze this kind of data in ArcGIS. Have a read through this overview of the spatial statistics toolbox: ArcGIS Desktop.
