Error Run a Application Mobile

I installed tha ArcGIS Mobile 10.1.1 in Windows 8 x64. But when I run a application, this error is show:

Execeptino ESRI.ArcGIS.Mobile.CoreApi.NativeMethods:

"Missing ArcGIS registry key."

Apparently did not register the dll in gac.

What's happen? How I can solve this problem?
