Microsoft Update KB3154070 causing significant slowdown of ArcGIS Viewer for Flex Applications?

We've had some recent Microsoft updates that seem to be causing our Flex Viewer Applications to take significantly longer to load (over twice as long).  Upon uninstalling KB3154070 we've noticed much improvement.  I'm curious to know if others have experienced this?

Good morning,

I am not a ArcGIS user, but this update has severely hampered the web application we use at our organization as well. Ours uses Silverlight on the front end.  After uninstalling the KB3154070 update, the website functions normally.  This has been a huge headache for me the last 48 hours.
