Using open street map as base Map in Arcgis online

Hi every one,

I hope i am in the right place, in fact i was wondering if it is possible to use open  street map as base map in Arcgis online.

I am building a web application using the app builder in Arcgis online and i want to have open street map as base map.

Thank in advance for any help or guidance .

I ve tried but nothing was returned , but it seems that work by using the methode shared below by Xander.

When creating a Web Map in ArcGIS Online you can select the basemap using the "Base Map" button and selecting OpenStreetMap:
