The only downloads Esri allows is from this particular website outside of MyEsri - http://appsforms.esri.com/products/download/

Is there an open area that we can download from?  Having to login to my Esri and going through the organization permissions dance is a bit of a pain.  It'd be nice if they'd just make the download available like most software providers do.  I'm still going to have to input my license anyway, so I don't see why they're keeping the downloads locked down.

You can get a trial version of 10.4 ArcGIS for Desktop

If you have access to an institution license go through the  My Esri link and you may be able to load previous versions there... or contact your regional rep
