Why am I not able to download collector for ArcGIS on my smartphone

My Samsung Galaxy J1 (Adreno 306, SM-J100VPP) does not want to download Collector for GIS on Google Playstore. I checked the smartphone's features and it includes all the System Requirements which are :

*  Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) or Android 4.4 (KitKat)

*  1200MHz (ARM Cortex-A7)

* Precise location (GPS)

* OpenGL ES 3.0 support

Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS they don't specify whether there is a check for enough space to download it.  Did you get any sort of message that could be a clue as to why?  I know you need an organizational account to use maps, but not to download it
