I am unable to download maps on collector that contain a hosted tile layer.
I was able to download these maps yesterday. Could it have something to do with the recent update to AGOL?
Is anyone else experiencing this with maps that contain hosted tile layers?
I am having the same issue. ArcGIS Online update last night must have affected it.
I just got off the phone with tech support. They were able to reproduce the error and have a team looking into a fix now.
Patrick, thank you for sharing that. Would you please post here when Esri lets you know they fixed it? I doubt that they will announce it.
