In 4.3, labeling is only supported in SceneView (3D). I understand that version 4.4 is planned for July, as mentioned in FAQ. Can anyone confirm (or deny) that Labeling for MapView (2D) is scheduled to be part of 4.4? Thanks
I'm not sure if it will be included in 4.4 (but I doubt it). Please note that you can use labels in MapViews for MapImageLayers: ArcGIS API for JavaScript Sandbox
