Export to KML tool question

Strange number sequencing in kml output of Object IDs in shape files.
In Google Earth's table of contents the numbers are off sequence.

Strange number sequencing in kml output of Object IDs in shape files.
In Google Earth's table of contents the numbers are off sequence.

I figured it out.
When i created the field for Object-ID i used "Text" type instead of the default "Short Integer".
Using "short integer" produced the correct sort after exporting to kml.
