Network Dataset in VRP - parameters

Hi,

I have problem with parametring Vehicle Routing Problem in Network. I need add a maximum speed to the vehicles, but in my Network Dataset i can't do that, other Network Analysis work perfect. Could this be a problem with my Dataset?

 

Below is the difference in the interface.

"Czas przejazdu" = Driving Time

PS we have network dataset from TomTom
