Is it possibel to pass Language Parameter in Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1 ?

I have installed Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1 . I am aware that you can change the language from Organization or from your profile. but Is it possible to pass a language parameter in the home url ?

ex : https://portal.domain.com/arcgis/home?language=English Opens English Portal

ex : https://portal.domain.com/arcgis/home?language=Arabic Opens Arabic Portal
