Config setting for website base URL?

Question

Hi everyone!
I'm getting my Geoportal website setup, but, have run into a little snag.  The website works for the most part, but, some of the images are not appearing.

The reason is because the website on our intranet is http://geoportal.ims.ad.ceres.ca.gov/ but the images fail because their URL is http://geoportal/

I've hunted high and low, and could not find it, but is there a config file somewhere that tells the portal what the base URL of the website is?
