I have been unable to add any of our WMS map service to arcgis online. I have followed the tutorials exactly but when I go to add to ArcGIS Online, I get an error "Service " does not exist or is inaccessible. What am I doing wrong?
Here is the URL I'm using:
http://OCGIS3.ONSLOWNC.GOV:6080/arcgis/services/ParcelsOnly/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS

I can't access it either. Are you sure their geoserver is still up and running?
Yes, it is. We have map services running that we can access in ArcGIS online through our rest services but recently we learned we need to use a wms service in order to access our map services through another vendor. Our map services using the Rest URL is: https://ocgis3.onslowcountync.gov/rest/services/
The WMS services are suppose to be accessed using the url i posted above but it just won't work.....
