editing multipatch imported in 3D analyst from collada model

we are importing a collada file in ArcScene through 3D analyst (conversion<from file<import 3D files) but we are getting 2 buildings as a single multipatch file(open attribute table):mad:. how we separate or edit multipatch?

Pls separate and edit in the 'original' 3D modeling package where the COLLADA model is exported from  (saying, SketchUp Pro, CityEngine, or Maya), rather than ArcScene.

When the 3D model is exported from 3D modeling package as Collada, mostly, its individual 3D entities associated with the intelligences are lost (i.e.,  3D model only as a block).
