I have just installed ArcHydro 10.3 x64 but cannot locate the Assign River Order tool thatI understand should be an Attribute Tool. Has this function been moved, depreciated or renamed?

I do wonder why the ArcHydro toolboxes are in two different two places?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Esri\WaterUtils\ArcHydro\ArcToolbox\Toolboxes
C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.3\ArcToolbox\Toolboxes
C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.3\ArcToolbox\Toolboxes is the location for the System toolboxes - the main Arc Hydro toolboxes are located there.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Esri\WaterUtils\ArcHydro\ArcToolbox\Toolboxes is for the more project specific toolboxes developed as part of projects and integrated with Arc Hydro.
