Display XY Data only showing Western Hemisphere

Hello,

I have an OLE DB connection that gives me a table in ArcMap. When I display XY data only points in the Western Hemisphere show up. If I then export this as a shapefile the points on the Eastern Hemisphere show back up. Now, if I use the layer to kml tool, the Eastern Hemisphere disappears again.

Does anyone have any ideas what is going on here? It's driving me mad.

Problem solved. I had to submit to ESRI support. One data point was out of range (missing decimal). There was no explanation as to why this would cause only positive longitudes to not display.
