Plotting Bearing Distance Traverse in ArcGIS 10.2

Whenever I plot bearing-distances in ArcGIS using the starting point as DGPS surveyed point, it is exactly opposite to what it should be. (I have True north direction upward on Paper & also direction of north in ArcGIS is upward. Then the plot in ArcGIS should be similar to plot on paper.) Please help me....

Do you have an image of what is happening? and what you are using as imputs?
