Is it possible to make GIS animation with features appearing

Question

Hello everybody, I have a map on ArcGIS Pro that is a rather simple map with a bunch of stars "point features" and I would like to make a quick animation making all the stars (point features) appear one at a time in no specific sequence. Is this possible to do with any ArcGIS functions or extensions?

Thinking something like what you can with Powerpoint, or if any of you know a good way to convert the graphics with locations to use a separate program such as PowerPoint please let me know!

You could probably do this by adding a new field, populating it with random values, then use the tools for animating based on a range, setting  the new random value field as the range.
