I would love to be able to print a hard copy of the graphics created when using the mark-up feature (highlighter & pen)

Is the pmfink file the only thing you can get out of this feature?

Is the pmfink file the only thing you can get out of this feature?

If you have a pdf writer software such as Acrobat distiller or Nitro PDF you can print the map with mark-ups to pdf, rather than exporting then print the hard copy.
