Fixing Multipatch: error 050086

I have a skyline barrier (multipatch) feature class with several skyline barriers. This feature class is used as the input container for the Inside 3D tool but this warning pops up sometimes for some of my skyline barriers: 050086: Invalid feature ignored in , OID: .—Help | Documentation . I tried checking/repairing geometry but there were no errors. Does anyone have a solution or workaround?
