I'm trying to do something that I thought would be easy - in ArcGIS Online configuring a popup with custom attribute display allows for the use of html to format the text. Is this capability not available in Portal for ArcGIS?
While I wasn't able to use html in the popup I did find a work around...I wanted to have a URL that would open Survey123 after the user had a chance to look through the features attributes. I was able to create a image that looked like a button and add it to the popup in the Add Images section, and then link the image to the URL that I wanted to open.
