ArcGIS erver: Cannot register .sde database.

Good Morning,

I install SQL Server 2012 Express on my local computer. I made a .sde database (myDatabase)connection on ArcCatalog. Our GIS server (10.1) is intalled on other machine (We called Development Server Machine). And 64-Bit SQL Native Client is intalled on Development Server Machine. I want to register MyDatabase which is sitting on my local computer to ArcGIS Server data store. Sometimes it works fine. But sometime, when I validate all registered data, it shows that couldn't be registered. Why is this not stable too much? Any thought? Thanks!

Please review this Esri KnowledgeBase article #40409 - Error: Registering a database data store fails with 'Invalid database connection' or 'The data item is inaccessible'.
