Is it possible to have a FeatureLayer which is an annotation feature?

Hello,

I am doing a web editing application in Javascript.

I am able to edit Polygon, Point and Line, but when I check at the REST API, I don't see the Annotation features.

Is it possible to edit them?

Note:The following data types are not supported in feature services; annotation, dimensions, terrains, raster datasets, attributed relationship classes and many-to-many relationship classes. If these layers are present in a map service with feature access enabled, the service will publish but these data types will be ignored by the feature service.
