I made a story map series in AGOL that I am transferring to my companies Arc Server / Portal. On AGOL I was able to use story map actions by highlighting words and configuring content to pop up. In Arc Portal I am not getting the option to do this when I highlight the word that I want to configure. Am I missing something?
