GP Server printing tool sometimes takes long time to process request

Hello everyone

I encounter a problem that printing tool prints a map which can take about within 1 seconds  and  sometimes about 80 seconds at the same tasks. Screenshots are as following.

does anyone have ideas about such situations?and how to solve it to prevent it from taking too long time?

I finally find the  solutions. it's  network issue about firewall!

Does you server have other services besides the printing gp service?  Maybe these other services are competing for server resources where at times the overall load on the server so it slows down your printing gp service?

Do users have the ability to choose the dpi that the print image is being generated at?
